Thank you for your purchase.  We want to assure you we’re doing everything we can to get your order out as soon as possible. If you would like a freight quote or lead times prior to purchase please email us at shop@sundaysociety.com.au. Some items are custom ordered and availability is dependent on stock levels. Any delivery times are estimates provided by our suppliers. Actual delivery times vary depending on the supplier’s location, type of product/s and your delivery address. We endeavour to get your order to you as quickly as possible but there may be issues outside our control – for example, delayed manufacturing times, shipping delays to port, supplier warehouse issues and carrier schedules.

SHIPPING

At Sunday Society, we aim to make your shopping experience as simple and enjoyable as possible.

On acceptance of your order, we will provide you with a tracking number so that you can track the fulfilment and delivery of your order from start to finish.

We do our best to ship your orders as soon as possible, and aim to ship within 24-48 hours (business days) of the order being placed. This excludes any pre order items and during peak trading times there may be some slight delays.

For most orders within Australia we offer a $9.99 flat rate shipping fee.  For non bulk items or large multi-product orders. We also offer free local pickup at checkout.

If you require your items urgently please email us prior to checking out so we can help you. We also offer express shipping.

All orders will be dispatched within 2 - 5 business days of the order being received and we will contact you if there are any delays in meeting the above timeframe.

Deliveries will only be made during normal business hours from Monday to Friday. Sunday Society cannot accept a Post Office box address for such deliveries.
It is important that you ensure we have sufficient information for delivery of your purchases. Please be very clear with your delivery instructions for large and heavy items.
If you have made multiple purchases, you may receive multiple deliveries over a number of days, depending on the stock, couriers and other circumstances.
Once your purchases have been delivered, please open and inspect them as soon as possible. 

Please double check your address is correct at checkout.
Unfortunately we cannot take responsibility for delivery to an incorrect address and there may be additional costs for a redelivery.

DAMAGED GOODS

In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please notify Sunday Society within 24 hours of receiving the item for assessment.  A replacement (if available) or store credit will be issued if the item is deemed faulty/damaged.

Please send an email with your order number and images of the damaged item/s to sunday@sundaysociety.com.au.  Please do not attempt to return the items before speaking to us as you may be responsible for any associate expenses if you do so.

We will not refund or replace a product that you have bought and received where, in our reasonable opinion, the product has: become of unacceptable quality due to fair wear and tear; misuse; failure to use in accordance with manufacturer's instructions; using it in an abnormal way; or failure to take reasonable care.

RETURN/EXCHANGE POLICY

Due to the current health crisis and new health laws as advised by the national health authorities we are unable to accept returns.

Please contact Sunday Society via email at sunday@sundaysociety.com.au with regards to returns and exchanges.

Please choose carefully as we do not refund or exchange for change of mind. 

 MTC RAFFLE PRIZE TERMS & CONDITIONS 2024

 The Sunday Society voucher entitles the winner to purchase products at Sunday Society to the value of $1,000 (including GST). Eligible purchases can be viewed via the Sunday Society website. All prices reflect the Recommended Retail Price (RRP) and not any discounted sale prices. The prize must be redeemed within 1 year of the prize being drawn.
The prize can be used as part of a greater purchase or the winner may draw down on the voucher over the period of 1 year (expiry 11 August 2025). The prize will be kept at Sunday Society as a credit. It is the responsibility of the winner to know the expiry date and redeem it within the relevant time frame.
This prize can only be redeemed for products. Other Sunday Society services are not included as part of the prize offering.
Products that the winner would like to redeem - via online or Instagram - must be notified by telephone on 07 3395 0913.
The voucher can be used to the value of 1,000 (including GST) Any applicable delivery and associated fees/charges will be charged to the winner accordingly.
