Once your order is accepted, we will provide you with a tracking number so you can track the fulfilment and delivery of your order from start to finish.
We strive to ship orders within 24-48 hours (business days). Please note, this excludes pre-order items and during peak trading times, there may be slight delays.
Shipping Rates
For most Australian Metro orders, we offer a $14.95 flat rate shipping fee for non-bulky items/large multi-product orders.
Free local pickup is available at checkout on in-stock items (no pre-orders).
If you require urgent delivery, please contact us before checking out, and we can assist you with express shipping options.

Bulky & Oversized Items
For bulky, oversized items or multi-product orders, you will be charged additional shipping, which will be invoiced separately after your order is submitted. Pre-orders and bulky items shipped directly from suppliers may incur additional costs, even if you select "Pick-up in Store" at checkout.

Shipping Lead Times
In the unlikely event that your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact us within 24 hours of receiving the item for assessment. If the item is deemed faulty or damaged, we will offer a replacement (if available) or store credit.
To report damaged goods, please email us at sunday@sundaysociety.com.au with your order number and images of the damaged items. Please do not attempt to return the items before contacting us, as you may incur additional expenses.
Please note: We will not refund or replace a product if, in our reasonable opinion, the product has become damaged due to fair wear and tear, misuse, improper use, or failure to follow the manufacturer's instructions.
Due to health and safety regulations, we are unable to accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
